BCCI TOO RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW, PARTICULAR OF PLANS, PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AND REPORTS ON THE DISBURSEMENT MADE TO INDIVIDUALS

It is not understood , how order of the CIC changing the held that BCCI being registered, as a private Association of the individuals cannot be treated as a public authority under the RTI Act, 2005 wherein, the government infrastructure and funding for the development of this play game used for the functioning with in India or abroad, hence it is against the natural justice to deny RTI related informations to the applicants, moreover , in earlier decision making by the CIC during, 2018 , it was held that the BCCI qualified as a public authority, under the RTI act, 2005 and it is necessary to have appointment of the Public information officers, required to establish the compliance frame work under RTI. Keeping in view the such decision making at government levels and also at the levels of the Courts, it would be difficult to protect the general public interest in this behalf of the work field disclosure, where fiduciary related information may also have challenges before the selection committee etc etc and it is not correct to deny the facts, as political parties already taking cognisance of the RTI act for their funding accounts related to public collection etc etc, even though it could not deny to public in the interest of justice and fair play under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and it is a misleading information against the substantial public funding received by the NGOs etc etc, list by way and virtue of which it would be difficult to maintain the transparency and accountability in the such public funding of design and scope related to the individuals and also to the government funding as well as infrastructure development expenditure, funding released to various autonomous organisation/statutory organisations/attached offices/public sector enterprises/Societies/NGOs /Corporations etc and budgets of such authorities required to the accessed through links of the Ministries/Department and outcome budget being prepared by Ministries/Departments of Government of India, based on the physical targets and reports planned for the welfare of people of country, as a whole, based on their periodic monitoring and reports presented in a more user friendly manner through graphs and tables along with actual outcome given in simplified form to enable the better understanding:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
