MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD UNDER THE BANNER OF NATIONAL CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE ON 10-5-2026 , CONVENED BY SHRI SHIVANAND AND SHRI PRAVEEN PATEL ON THE CAPTIONED SUBJECT: FROM POWER TO PERIL :UNDERSTANDING NUCLEAR RISKS

It was an occasion today on 10 May, 2026 when attended the online RTI meeting right from 11 am to 2.00 pm under the banner of National Campaign Committee working on the captioned subject of promotion of RTI act, 2005 and doing needful under provision made for the related functions, that the practice of a public authority under this Act doesn't conform with the provisions made for the empowerment of the citizens of country where it may give to the authority a recommendation specifying the steps taken for the spirit of this Act and advice, which ought in its opinion to be taken for promoting the conformity made for the recommendations for the reforms including recommendations in respect of the particular public authorities, for the development, improvement, modernisation, reform or amended to this Act or other legislation or common law or any other matter relevant for operationalising the right to access information.
