Democracy is maintained and working for the welfare of people by the people to the people and for the people, where now a time has come to elect your grass route level representation for the public welfare and it is duty of the public to follow their own way out for maintaining the course of democracy. It is realised that the political parties are taking their show of strength in the on going system of elections for the panchayati raj department and too for the Urban Development department, even though both the parties are not streamlining the administration and the needs of the time and life and liberty, related to the common man, facing problems because of price rise and inflammation, un employment and a false narrative of the political motivation, even responsible for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the firm action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, however there is no results for the system maintained by the Government and changed made by the Government and the rural poor ara sinking deeper into poverty with an increase in movements but no one conversant with the results obtained and now people themselves have to get themselves involved in letter and spirit to elect their representatives as per their choice and without any fear of the political parties, so that good governance and charter of public accountability may be incorporated in their work done and schemes for the productive results, by being useful to the people instead of wasteful expenditure and very essential for dismantling the corruption nexus going out of control because taking cognisance of the real issues and depending upon the price rise and inflation instead of hard work and witnessing the key role of the representatives, instead of the accuracy and correctness required for the good governance and accountability and found necessary for the welfare of people of country, depending upon the efficiency in administration and the administrative reforms organisation , however there is no focus on the captioned subject matter deliberation required for the improvement and capacity building of our democracy by the people to the people and for the people, where it is a time to select and elect your representative for the governance and accountability, where the government is working by way of investment and black economy is fundamentally deleterious as it sends misplaced and destroyed signals to the market investors regarding expected rates and returns on their prospective investment, where position of country is not so sound and facing problems:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
