The Right to Information and the charter of public accountability definitely doing needful under provision made for this concern of the good governance and accountability. The question therefore, is not whether identity matters, It clearly doing needful under the law and Act however societies are required to work on the captioned subject matter deliberation found necessary for the awareness drive ultimately working for the institutional trust of our democracy, going out of control day by day and the more important question is whether democracies can manage change without losing confidence in the line of ability for the required sustainable development of the Right to information and the charter of public accountability ultimately working for the welfare of society and community service to observe new alignment of the combination of path for maintaining our core democracy also taking part in the election fray of present influence based on the honesty and hard work instead of depending upon the false promises and freebies, working against the norms of our good governance and accountability and increasing policy challenges before the states and also before the Centre Government depending upon the caste and religion as well as the regionalism of the area and circle, but there is no Openness in the field of clarity and purpose for strengthening the system against true democracy of country where transparency and accountability is only maintaining our administrative reforms and it is too necessary for the people of country to take use of this empowerment of the democracy by the people for the people and to the people, so that institutional trust and recognition of the introduction of political framework may also bring space for the work and conduct of this movement under strategic plan and development of the true democracy and related fiduciary disclosure of law code manual prefixed for the welfare of people of country depending upon the good governance and charter of public accountability and following their future on the anchored discipline and openness for the informed citizenry and transparency of information which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed, list by way and virtue of which all RTI activists and volunteers as well as the task force coordinators are requested to challenge the such law of limitations appearing before the election framework during recent scrutiny of the selection for the social work of society and its implementation for the people welfare under responsible duty by the voters taking benefits of their representatives in this behalf of the transparency and charter of public accountability, and a source of advantage of the RTI promotion and development for the area and circle, maintaining our administrative reforms organisation and institutions for the
