CIVIL SOCIETY MEMBERS AND THE TASK FORCE WORKING FOR IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS REFORMS, ACTIVE IN THE FIELD OF REPRESENTATION FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE IN PANCHAYATI RAJ , SHOULD HAVE CO-OPERATION AND CO-ORDINATION, FOR ADDRESSING PUBLIC GRIEVANCES

In order to create awareness among the general public the civil society members are taking cognisance of the compliance mechanism under law code manual along with task force constituted under RTI Act, 2005 and doing their duty, required to develop and organise educational programmes to advance the understanding of the public, in particular of disadvantaged communities as to how to exercise the rights contemplated under the RTI Act. At present some of the Civil society members and retired Government officers and officials are also taking part in the Panchayati Raj election to promote transparency and accountability in the system generated to encourage public authorities to participate in the development and organised programmes, including recommendations for the improvement, modernisation, reform or Amendment to this Act or any other matter relevant for operationalising the right to access information, furnishing of that information and keeping of records for the purposes of this jurisdiction of the system and provision specifying the steps which ought in its opinion to be taken for promoting such conformity of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication in the interest of justice to common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance and also taking part in elections held. Where in Shri Yog Raj Dhiman, Retired SDM Jhandutta has been declared elected President from Gram Panchayat, Jhanjyani and Shri Raj Kumar Thakur Retired Junior Engineer from Development Block Jhandutta also elected as Vice President of his native place /Panchayat.The civil society members are requested to follow this vision of the experience hand members of the society and circle and take part in the scheduled elections where it is a duty of the elected representatives of the civil society members of the task force regarding to improve the system of rural development department where found necessary and act as a Guide and key members of the society and circle, so that people may take benefits of their work and conduct and effort by the entitled access to documents pursuant to the requests and required decision making by their experience hand vision and provision furnished for the welfare of the general public and development of the area and circle, indicating their identified function and duty and procedure laid for the design of presentation, extended to cover all statutory and discretionary operations, that are part of the public authority's mandate:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
