RTI AND THE RTS TAKING COGNISANCE OF ONLINE SYSTEM FOR APPEALS AND DECISION MAKING , AS SUCH SPECIFIC COURTS MAY ALSO FOLLOW ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN THE JUDICIARY

RTI and the RTS Act taking cognisance of the Artificial intelligence where it is necessary for the public authorities to take care on the potential and linkages between the record produced on data based evidences before the courts or the Commission and litigants action on the captioned subject matter deliberations required for the review and reexamine and related to the Appeals before the FAA and the SIC or CIC as the case may be. It is also necessary to follow easier access to various documents processed for the verification of notable consideration under law code manual prefixed by the administrators of the department concerned, responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the successful results, and if the programme succeeds standardised data could also be adopted in cases of the long standing efforts to digitise the judiciary, also facing delay and pendency, even the system is trying to use the websites to help users navigate case status, cause lists, orders and judgements, e-services, and frequently asked questions, but it is revealed that no one is in position to avail this opportunity in favor of the system for service through Artificial intelligence and more accurate judicial statistics , required for the data based decision making in this behalf of the questions before the court and held up for want of dialogue and discussion under law code manual , even the system may also introduce the digital middle man to help the middle man, as in the case of the Right to Information but the ongoing system is not willing to improve the technology and trial of these new tools available for the access to justice in every field of the determination to have easier access to various documentary evidences through online software practices and records for the questions and reply on the captioned subject, making system more transparent and accurate by way of Artificial intelligence and linkages between the recording made for trial and ease to business and the procedural bottlenecks, making the system more easy and returnable for the decision making through online discussion and dialogue for the questions and replies thereof:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
