RTI AND THE RTS ACT EMPOWERED TO THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY, DEFINITELY HELPING THE JUDICIARY FOR REMOVAL OF PENDENCY OF CASES, HOWEVER IT IS BECOMING DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN CONTINUE PROCESS FOR THE SERVICE REQUIRED

The Indian democracy is maintained by the people for the people and to the people and it is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the people of country in the system generated by the government because the population of our country is one sixth of the total population of the world, definitely people may face more problems in the maintenance and retention of our democracy, working for the good governance and accountability, list by way and virtue of which the parliamentary democracy of our country has empowered the citizens of country for their approach to have justice from the system by way of access to information under right to information and charter of public accountability and the citizens have been guaranteed their rights in India's constitutional democracy where it is necessary to use and exercise the empowerment of RTI and the RTS act adjudication and further follow Courts for the enforcement for these rights, list by way and virtue of which citizens may ask their information from the public authorities and the government corridor however it is becoming difficult to get it done through the procedure laid and made for the welfare of people of country because huge pendency is becoming a problem every where and the government seems to be reluctant for this cause of connection between the justice system for service and trial, where the RTI and the RTS helping a lot for democracy to the people by the people and for the people, because population and situation becoming out of control due to timelines prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, where efficiency in administration and penalty against the non compliance too becoming problem for the Indian politics and diplomacy, taking cognisance of the such instances for the disciplinary action against the defaulters, however the general public is not aware about the things and people had no understanding of this scale for the reports and returns, where pendency is too becoming a problem for the administrative reforms organisations, however some people are taking cognisance of the importance role of RTI and the RTS act adjudication and doing needful under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, so that people may not feel ignored for their rights and entitlements, where it is becoming difficult to get justice from the system delivered by the government corridor is a fact, as appropriate government failed to follow sub section (3) of section 12 of the RTI Act, 2005 and the SIC is in defunct position and status for about one years of the duration and it is ruining the system of our good governance and charters of the citizens of the society and circle :- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
