RTI WELFARE (CIVIL SOCIETIES) ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENCOURAGE PUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCE THE UNDER STANDING, AND TO UNDER TAKE SUCH PROGRAMMES THEMSELVES.

Friends, We are residing in new India and now the time has been changed for the social service and work and conduct of the public service required under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and where the role of the RTI and the RTS becoming more and more important for taking cognisance of the demand under provision made for the welfare of society and circle. Hence in order to address the above problems it is necessary to follow Constitution of civil societies and the task force under RTI and the RTS act adjudication preferring this inclusion in the society since May, 2011 , required for strengthening compliance with provision for suo motu or proactive disclosure based on the report of the task force which means public is responsible to raise their demsnds before the public authorities and the administration , list by way and virtue of which such organisations are becoming need of the time keeping in view the position of duty and responsibility realised by the Panchayati raj department and the Urban Development department limited for their representation only and depending upon the government corridor where as it is necessary to deal with the entire government under exceptional circumstances and service required for the welfare of society and circle where the civil societies are doing well, under the present circumstances and duty for the office under Registered number alloted for the department of registration and allowed in this behalf of the development and to organise educational programmes to advance the understanding of the public, in particular of disadvantaged communities as to how to exercise the rights contemplated under the Act of RTI and the RTS , for which the RTI welfare Association registered number alloted for the purpose number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh doing needful and helping the people for their effective disssemination of accurate information by public authorities about the activities and too encouraging the public to participate in the development and organisation of programmes and also to undertake such programmes themselves in the interest of their welfare and society and communities  :- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
