GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW MONITORING AND REPORTING OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REFORMS AND COMPLY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE APPEALS ACCORDINGLY.

In system of democracy for the people by the people and to the people, every law must remain open in vibrant democracy working for the welfare of people of country and reports on implementation of the provision must have review on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be discussed by its performance made for the good governance and citizens charters related to the larger national interest, however such discussions must be monitored and verified under social harmony in the interest of common man and interpreted with law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, rather than reduced to political animosty. It is further submitted in the matter that annual reports of the State Information Commissions are kept pending and no disciplinary action is being taken against any official and officer in respect of the administration of this Act under Right to Information and the recommendations for reforms, including the recommendations in respect of the particular public authorities, for the development, improvement and modernisation, which indicate an effort to administer and implement the spirit and intention of this Act, has no reforms under the jurisdiction, list by way and virtue of which people are not satisfied with the working of the government taking cognisance of the reports and returns at higher levels and doing needful in the interest of required improvement guided by the constitutional values and social harmony , elevated for the amendment to this Act by the monitoring and reporting of this Act for the transparency and accountability or other legislation relevant for operationalizing the right to access information at Government end :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number 9459334377
