BUREAUCRACY IS RESPONSIBLE TO REFLECT BAD WAYS OF THE GOVERNANCE AND BRING TRANSPANCY.

Every society and group of people loves to have good citizens and excellent professionals, sensitive and compassionate human beings ,whose goodness is reflected in their action oriented schemes and programmes made by their forum and circle of the civil societies working for the welfare of society and circle covered in the transformation of inspiration look beyond the rituals required for ultimate union of the society experienced by the each other and doing the needful in real sense of the conscious efforts by the journey performed by the group activities. It is often realised by the every citizen of country while in problems due to unusual account of delay and dereliction of duty by the Public authorities that there is a mess because of a lack of the effective governance and the converse is also correct and justified The design of the policy and planning never states against the transpancy and accountability prefixed by the government in this behalf however at the top is a bureaucracy performance which oversees the larger aspects related and pertinent to the good governance and accountability,of course the entire responsibilities pertains to the class for crossroads and on the one hand one path leads to the despair and utter hopelessness,the other to total extinction.
