GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO VERIFY THE PROGRESSIVE MEASURES OF THE SUBSIDIARY FUNDINGS AND IT'S SUCCESS AND THE FAILURES.

The political parties and the state governments working for the welfare of people of states have started access to the economic benefits rather than suitable access by means of the policy programmes and planning of the support and preferences by way of the identity for suitability under merits and accepted by the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf. As such results of the schematic programmes are not satisfactory as people who have no access and approach for the eligibility criteria may be denied such benefits without any reason of the denial by way and virtue of which some people are getting the benefits and some people are not getting the same benefits,even eligible for the due benefits. Subsidies are distributed in maximum cases without any reasonable ground for the demand under public utilities and misuse of the funds going on continuesly where in the corruption perceptions are definite but there is no check and verification of the success and failure of the access for promotion of the professional services and idealogy prefixed by the government in this behalf. As such the government is too responsible to verify the facts at ground level and do the needful instead of considering the focus on political grounds and preferring such ideas and opportunities in favour of the various sections of the society and circle misusing the funding for promotion of professional infrastructure in the departments of Agriculture, horticulture,soil conservation and the forest environment ,where there is no check of the work done and progress achieved by the beneficiaries, which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be verified by the government and the department concerned.
