INFORMATIONS RELEASED TO THE GOVT DECISIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT UPDATED BY THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENTS UNDER SECTION-4 AND PEOPLE ARE FACING NON -COMPLIANCE .

People of country may raise their problems related to general public grievances and the personal concerned before the competent higher authority for redressal through the RTI act publications and the RTS act adjudication however the informations contained in the public domain are not updated by the office and authority working for the welfare of society and circle list by way of which the government is responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the Public and accomplish incomplete informations required to be maintained under section 4 of the RTI act publications,so that online digital processing of the time to time issued informations may be highlighted for the use of general public and the public may ask the department and office management to do the needful as laid by the law code manual issued for the good governance and charter of public accountability in this behalf,however the tendency of the Public authorities working for the welfare of society and circle may be clear on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified by the general public while verifying the facts of Public domain updated by the office management in the day to day life and liberty of the information contained in the office records and maintained by the government officers /officials for which govt is trying to take benefits of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication at the level of DOPT and Administrative reforms but there is no Proper maintenance of Record and Inspection of Record at the level of PIOs , FAA and SIC or CIC , which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the appropriate government but no measures taken by the required review and re-examine of annual reports by the Vidhan Sabha Committees and the Parliamentary Reforms Organisation is a clear cut injustice with the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance for which the Opposition parties are too resposible in addition to the ruling party.
