CLIMATE CHANGE IN THE HILL STATE OF HIMACHAL PRADESH NO ISSUE BY THE POLITICAL REPRESENTION , EVEN LOSING BALANCE DUE TO CLIMATE CHANGE AND REQUIRES RESEARCH ON THE SUBJECT.
Himachal Pradesh is a hilly state and requires more funding and the infrastructure for development and improvement of roads and bridges as well as building and the other schemes required to be maintained for the welfare of society and circle. The cloud bursts ,landslides , flash floods impacting the life of the people of state every year have taken lives of more than seventeen hindered people during monsoon season in the past five years while government property worth rupees seven thousand crores was destroyed besides four hundred deaths and the monsoon season of 2022 witnessed losses worth rupees 2200 crores the highest in the last five years. Hundred of houses have been damaged and many families have been forced to shift the new place for residing with the families and many villages and houses declared unsafe for living in the future. On the other hand political parties are taking no cognizance of the hilly damage and concern for envoirnmental behaviour of the road infrastructure so damaged at various places and required to be improved for the future course of action plan by the GOI and too by the state government of Himachal Pradesh. As such it is necessary to protect the environment balancing of the soil and water in Himalayan region affecting adverse due to human intervention and the natural climate change of the hills for the National green tribunal has too interfered for the necessary improvement and restrictions under law code manual but the political parties have taken no serious view in dealing with the situation and position created by way of the human intervention,even impacting the life of the people of state in Himalayan region,since the long.
