DEPARTMENT OF THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATI RAJ RESPOSIBLE FOR BUDGETARY ALLOCATION TO THE LABOUR COMPONENTS ASSESSED FOR SERVICE GUARANTEE TO THE MGNREGA WORKERS.

The department of the rural development and Panchayati Raj working for the welfare of MGNREGS workers in the state has failed to provide employment guarantee to the job card holders demanding their genuine appointment under the provision made and created for the joblessness allowance under section 7(1) of the MGNREGA act , workers becomes eligible for the unemployment allowance for the number of days they could not get work from the Panchayati Raj Department and the rural development working for the welfare of community service under law and act given by the government to safeguard the interests of the people of Society and circle demanding their genuine appointment from the system of governance however denied for the benefits, even the time schedule of fifteen days after demand for the work and employment for the first thirty days of no work to the applicant, the beneficiary will become eligible for unemployed allowance under the provision made by the MGNREGA act,where as under section 7(5) of the MGNREGA act it has been shown mandatory to release unemployment allowance in favor of the applicant. On the one hand it is a guarantee for unemployed community service for the poor people and on the other hand the government is taking no cognizance of the provison made for each work and scheme required essential to update the sanctioned amount of labour components and the material components assessed by the project reports and the provision for registered MGNREGA workers .
