SOCIAL AUDIT REPORT (GRAM PANCHAYAT GANDHIR) BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF DEPARTMENT OF DISTRICT COORDINATION AND THE PROJECT DIRECTOR ALONG WITH THE OTHER DEMANDS OF THE AREA ON 5-11-2022 .

It was an occasion on 5-11-2022 while the issue and matter of fact and concern noticed by the social audit of Gram Panchayat Gandhir Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh was brought to the notice of the respective ADM cum district project coordinator Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh and the incomplete work of the rain shelter village Kathuin PO Gandhir Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh was brought to the notice of the Project Director responsible for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the government in this behalf and the office and authority agreed to issue necessary directions to the all concerned regarding to complete the incomplete work and make it fruitful to the citizens of Society and area .The issue and matter of construction of hume pipe culvert in village Kathuin PO Gandhir Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh required to be aligned for the link road to Village approach has also been brought to the kind notice the office and authority and drawing of the hume pipe culvert was also discussed on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be assessed under code and specifications for the said position and discharge of the catchment area and it was too agreed to do the needful as per demand under public utilities for which the Gram Panchayat Balhsina Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh has already passed a resolution on 2-10-2022 to allow the sanction and approval of the proposed work in hand for which the Gram Panchayat Balhsina Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur has already started the concreting and improvement by way of consolidating the road surface used for the light vehicles by the villagers during the emergency hours.
