RTI AND RTS WORKSHOP THROUGH ONLINE EVENT PROPOSED FOR 18-11-2022 BY THE RTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 TO PRESENT THEIR BRIEF RESEARCH PAPERS BEFORE THE SOCIETY, WORKING FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION.

RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh going to held quarterly meeting and event for discussion and questionnaires session on Friday (18-11-2022) through online schedule of workshop and research display their papers and documents processed before the FAA and SIC or CIC as well as the department of Administrative reforms for action under article 350 of the constitution against the defaulters,as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases and creating unnecessary hurdles to the appellants.  All the office bearers and new era entrants are invited to join the group activities and participate in the discussions for RTI and RTS act adjudication required to be maintained by the unique identification highlighting the recent initiatives for simplyfying the procedure laid down under article 350 of the constitution of India in this behalf,as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases and creating problems due to wrong interpretation of law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India for which Complaints may be preferred before the FAA and SIC or CIC as well as the appropriate government working for the good governance and accountability in the administration.All the active members , volunteer and the resource persons are requested to present their report cards related to the schedule under programme before the group key members and the seniors working for the welfare of society and circle and features of the represention processed under law by the members through online schedule of emails and,e Samadhan ,key development on the usages ,best practices of the Chamba zone, Mandi , Hamirpur and Bilaspur as well as the Paonta Sahib based on the data profiles would be authenticated by the office bearers and key members of the society and circle,so that necessary review and re-examine of the pending cases may be brought to the kind notice of the appropriate government for redressal of grievances time to time brought to the notice of the all concerned for speedy justice and transparency in the administration however facing delay and dereliction of duty at the level of PIOs and the other concerned and demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.
