Himachal Pradesh State information commission had called for hearings to the Applicants at district head quarter Bilaspur on 5-11-2022 but suddenly the court failed to attend the hearings of its appellants and while visited the court room a letter was fixed on the notice board with the cancellation of the tour programme prefixed by the Commission.The people of Society and circle are believing on the plateform given under the provision of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication in their concepts and helping them as working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the various groups and organisations as well as the RTI activists, volunteers and the resource persons, as bringing various unique stories and documents to the notice of the FAA and SIC or CIC,in the interest of transpancy and accountability in the administration being responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the citizenship empoered by the constitution of India in this behalf to every citizen of country. As such the people of country are believing in the government set up and machinery working for the welfare of society and circle . As such it is very important to be kind enough,such objective of the importance have definitely impact on the people demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance and charter of public accountability and wanted to have good coordination from the system of service for administrative reforms issued by the government to protect the fundamental rights of the people of area and circle.The Public authorities are responsible to be kind enough and do the needful in the interest of justice and transparency as well as fair deal with the Public affected by the such lapse of cancellation of the hearings prefixed by the State information commission must be helped by this or that way as feeling helpless at every level of the administration .
