HARYANA GOVERNMENT NOTIFIED 8 MORE SERVICES OF URBAN LOCAL BODIES UNDER THE RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE ACT ADJUDICATION-2014 .

In addition to the RTI act publications and the benefits to call for informations under the act ibid the Haryana government notified eight more services of the local urban bodies department under the provision of Right to Public service guarantee act,2014 for which the schedule time limits have been fixed by the ULB to benefit charter of public accountability and responsibility for the good governance in Public interest .The Haryana Chief Secretary has stated on the issue and matter that sanction of the building plans in original Municipal limits , town planning schemes, Improvement trust schemes, rehabilitation Schemes,regularised and notified colonies for all plot sizes and other uses ( except institutional and commercial use /sites of 1000 square metres or more) having no composition offence will be approved with in 20 days from the receipt of the complete documents. Similarly sanction of the building plans in the original municipal limits for commercial/ institutional uses for the sites 1000 square metre to 5000 square metres will be approved with in the time frame of 60 days from the receipt of the complete documents.Further it is stated in the issue and matter under the RTS that sanction of the building plans in the original municipal limits for commercial/ institutional uses for the site 5000 square metres and above will be approved with in 60 days from the receipt of the Complete documents . Similarly sanction of the building plans ( CLU granted sites up to 5 acres in the municipal corporation having no composition of offence will be approved with in 20 days .
