DESIGNATED PURPOSE OF THE MAJOR DISTRICT ROAD AND CONSTRUCTION OF A ( RCC) DIVIDER IN THE CENTER HALF OF BERTHIN BAZAR, TEHSIL JHANDUTTA BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH.

A Complaint has been registered before the State information commission on 5-11-2022 when the hearing proposed to be held at Deputy Commissioners office Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh was cancelled without any further date of hearing for the appellants As such hearing proposed for the listening of reasoning to construct RCC divider in the Major District road of Ghumarwin Berthin ShahTalai ( Berthin Bazar) objected under law code manual prefixed by the IRC Standards and other various main challenge to provide painting strips in the central half of the MDR instead of the three feet divider about two feet in height becoming disadvantageous due to wrong construction of the unnecessary construction and hurdles to the nature and volume of traffic increasing day by day undergo for more radical changes in the next future and based on the contours of the slope and curves existing in the geometrics of the said road unabling the bus laybye and creating problems due to business of the shopping streets for smooth mingling and passing of traffic from the all four directions with in the portion of the Berthin Bazar.More over each road has a designated purpose of its detailed specific width and berms ,type of plantation , pedestrian and the cycle tracks and based on the functional orientation design &Scope of the type of road maintained by the PWD and too by the National Highway authority of India for which the said road has been declared as the Major District road by the state government of PWD during July 2020and there is no justification to construct RCC divider in the centre half of the said road as laid down for the bifurcation of the four lane roads .As such matter has been brought to the kind notice of the FAA cum Superintending Engineer HPPWD Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh for doing the needful and stop illegal construction of divider inthe remaining balance portion of the Berthin Bazar and provide complete information on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the HPPWD however incomplete information and observation made on the wrong interpretation of creating such hurdle has also been brought to the kind notice of the honourable SIC for further review and re-examine a fresh required to resolve under immense pressure of the public of area and sorrounding as such there is no facilities of the Bus stop and toilet blocks in the bazar and people facing effective realisation however no Complete information has been processed by the study made on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified by the PIO cum Executive Engineer HPPWD Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh.
