IT IS NECESSARY TO USE AND EXERCISE THE EMPOWERMENT OF THE RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION AND SHOW THE STRENGTH OF QUALITY PERFORMANCE WITH COURAGE.

RTI activists, Volunteers and the resource persons working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be noticed under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India and found necessary for transpancy and accountability in the administration discharged with the duty by the Public authorities and for which it is not enough to have a good mind however it is too necessary to use and exercise it well , as noticed by the study made and represention processed under article 350 of the constitution of India demanding Complaints and appeals by the Applicants, volunteers and the resource persons doing well in the matter to proceed further for the Administrative reforms as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay in deciding the cases and creating hurdles in the departmental proceedings for which the government is responsible to take cognizance of the issue and matter and do the needful under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India and the department of Administrative reforms empowered to proceed further in the cases represented by the Applicants and volunteers in this behalf. It is too necessary to have courage started with showing progressive measures, letting ourselves be seen ,what it takes to stand up before the competent higher authority and speak under law code manual as the discussion is too necessary for the protection of fundamental rights empowered by the government and the Constitution of India to every citizen of country and required to be used and exercised for the welfare of society and circle and too for the good governance and charter of public accountability as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty by the PIOs and too by the FAA and SIC or CIC. Conversation with the key members and senior members of the group activities top essential required for the redefinition of maintaining courage for speaking and writing to the competent higher authority for which it is too necessary to listen the old stories and decisions on the captioned subject matter which required to be verified by the each member of society and circle working on the lines of promotion of RTI and RTS act adjudication and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf.
