ONLINE (RTI ) AND (RTS) MEETING HELD ON 18-11-2022 BY THE GROUP MEMBERS AND THE OFFICE BEARERS OF SOCIETY REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 , BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH.

MINUTES OF THE ONLINE SCHEDULE OF (RTI ) MEETING REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH:-- Quarterly meeting of the RTI activists and Volunteers working for the welfare of society and circle held on 18-11-2022 during 7-45to 9-15 pm which has been attended by the all office bearers and key members of the group and it was unanimously decided to continue with the struggle for good governance and accountability .Shri Pyar Muhammad working finance Secretary of the society and group highlighted the report related to the Chamba zone and Shri Yog Raj Mahajan the working president of the Chamba zone highlighted financial problems of the court cases related to the people demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance and Shri Sudhir Kumar working as Secretary of the Chamba zone demanded workshop on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be organised at Chamba for the training of new era entrants joining the group activities and events in this behalf of the promotion of RTI and RTS act adjudication.Shri Rajat Kumar working member of the Bilaspur zone highlighted problems related to the dam oustees of Koldam and taken in hand by the group member to settle the cases of Koldam oustees as facing rehabilitation since 2004 however Koldam authorities are taking no cognizance in the matter and RTI processed in this behalf is proof and evidence on the record. Dr Parkash Chand Thakur Vice President of the Association and working for the welfare of Mandi zone highlighted various problems of the area and demanded interference of the state body to improve situation and position related to the working of the public authorities as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty at the level of Public service guarantee act adjudication. Dr Chaman Deep Guleria presented record of the online schedule of events and e-mails as well as the e-Samadhan applications processed in this behalf before the FAA and SIC to take cognizance of the represention processed under article 350 of the constitution. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks and the chair person Er Fateh Chand Guleria welcomed the performance made by the group members and Activists and hope for the future cooperation with each other as working on the public plateform and facing the due to delay and wrong interpretation of law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India and it is obligatory problem to approach the court of law in some of the cases related to the general public grievances for which the department of Administrative reforms has been apprised to take notice of the wrong assessment of the cases and put before the respective Chief Secretary of the government and the honourable Governor of the state ,so that necessary action deemed necessary may be obtained from the system of governance working for the welfare of people of state , in this behalf.
