BUILDING LAWS MUST BE ADOPTED BEFORE TAKING THE WORK IN HAND FOR ALLOWING CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE, IS BECOMING NEED OF THE TIME AND HOURS

In Panchayati raj department the Government and the department of Rural Development and panchayati raj issuing funds for the construction of houses to the below poverty line people of area and circle covered under their control and for which it is necessary to verify the plots of the said proposal approved for this purpose of the house construction as people are not aware about the code for construction and highest flood level required to be maintained for such recommendations on the captioned subject if their plots are existing near the rivers and Nallah, where it may be assumed for the future prospects of the such dangerous event and also verify the past history of the area and circle, related to the demand under public utility and required to be protected by the Government functionaries where every public authority is responsible to follow law code manual prefixed by the code for consideration before doing needful in this behalf of the help for the needful people under Government funding. The people must be suggested to do correct and required guidelines of the parameters given in this behalf of the construction near banks of the rivers and the Nallah, as such, generally it has been realised that maximum flood losses occurred in this behalf of the building collapse are found in the highest flood levels of the streams under flow or Nallah, may be the Government buildings or the private concerns.
