Entire state of Himachal Pradesh is under the threat of more and more rain damages and the road and building infrastructure more damaged during the recent heavy rains for which the Mandi district is facing more damages as compared to the other areas of the hill state and it is becoming necessary to follow assessment of the such damages and their amount of estimation accurate figures may be taken for the improvement and recovery of losses occurred to the private owners and also of the government properties, where necessary repairs could not be denied in the cases for minor damages occurred however in the case of major collapse and the building under highest flood level alternative arrangements would be made for the land and plots required for the such house holders facing problems because of the emergency condition. At the same time it is necessary to depute the special staff and officers on duty for the rehabilitation of needful programme and assessment of the required demand under public utility/service for the such families, so that necessary losses and reports may be brought to the notice of the appropriate Government and the Chief Minister of the State Government.
