COMMUNITY LIBRARIES MAY HELP RURAL UNEMPLOYMENT TO IMPROVE THEIR SKILL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR WHICH UNTIED FUND WAS GRANTED BY THE 15TH FINANCE COMMISSION TO PANCHAYATI RAJ DEPARTMENT

The Artificial intelligence  becoming more and more useful and helping the youth in the rural areas, however libraries will help more affectively to the young generation, if reading space could be arranged in the panchayat level buildings for this purpose of the Artificial intelligence and improvement of work and conduct provided for the welfare of young generation where in the 15th finance Commission has issued untied fund for this aim and objective of the restoration of the buildings, providing libraries in the rural areas and other facilitation of the community libraries. It is one of the best initiatives, as the only way to bring the area out of cyber crime and engage the youth and point them in the right directions, instead of becoming alcoholic and criminal, as such young generation of the country feeling unemployment a torture of their qualifications and doing such activities for which it is necessary to engage them on the book readings and other multiple duties related to the artificial intelligence of their choice and preferences for the improvement and sustainable development of the time and energy, instead of wastage of time and spoiling themselves by way of idle brain and thinking for the negative research which could only be regenerated by way of good approach and company for the study and trial for sitting in the competitive examinations through routine duty to attend the community library and improve their skill for the future artificial intelligence and professional upgradation of information technology infrastructure made user friendly by the team work of their class and coordination, taking cognisance of the corporate social responsibility. The aim and objective of the community libraries should be to develop and organise such events and programmes of the understanding by way of the artificial intelligence and in particular of train themselves with the help of training materials required for the use and exercise of comprehensive development and come in close contact with each other sitting in the community libraries and disseminating knowledge through the book readings and other educational programs made for this duty of the advance understanding in the world of digital marketing and professional considerations where it is also necessary to stay away from the lure of making quick bucks in cyber crime.
