DECISION OF THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT TO INCREASE ROYALTY FROM 12 PERFECT TO 18 PERCENT IS A GENUINE REALISATION OF THE COMPLAINTS BEFORE THE COMPETENT COURT OF LAW

It is a matter of fact and concern to be decided on the basis of actual maintenance of the ferry section made and used for boating transportation for the local people using this facility for their cargo across the body of water after the highest flood level of the lake has gone down and it becomes necessary to provide foot path for the people of area crossing the water way along with the facilities of rest a while and Rain shelters etc on the both sides of the ferry boat ends. This work requires every year maintenance at every Ghat on both sides of the lake where regular labourers are employed for the maintenance of the foot paths. In addition to this the department of forest is also held responsible to maintain the check dams and catchment area profiles of the forest land both ways connected for the water drainage and control of the land slides by way of the remedial measures required to protect the slips and blocks which may create problems to the water way right from top of the hill to the lake. Keeping in view the department of forest is also doing plantation work on the such places of the demand for doing needful under environmental impact on the soil , where plantation may improve the situation and position of the land under stress and deformation. Further it is noticed that many people are facing problems of their house damages and agriculture  land settlement and slip orientation during the rainy season for which the state Government is held responsible for doing needful under the provision made so the decision taken by the honourable Supreme Court of India is a positive measure for the actual expenses in favor of the state government taking cognisance of the all such complaints and making disaster management relief and rehabilitation in favor of the victims:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
