GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO BRING POLICE NET WORK IN E -FIRS AND E-OFFICE WORK AND CONDUCT , SO REQUIRED TO PROJECT THE INTERNAL POLICE REFORMS IN THE INTEREST OF SPEEDY JUSTICE AND RECOVERY

The duty and responsibility of the police department is very important and essential for all set to introduce an e-FIR facility, which will allow the public to lodge an FIR using an online platform and for this purpose, an e-police station is too required for the doing needful under law code manual prefixed by the department of police to bring it in the schedule of e-FIRs. At the same time the Government is also responsible to get e-Courts notified in each district and the State where the cases of the public may be recorded for the police reforms, in collaboration with the police foundation, doing needful under the speedy justice and recovery of the sharing details of upcoming projects in the state Police Department, where number of complaints and cases are lying pending before the police stations however there is no further communication, as required for the journey to wellness drive, tackling the drug abuse, motor vehicle reports and theft on the captioned subject of demand under public utility and the Right to information process of the adding vigilance net work with the fight against the corruption and required communication for the welfare of people of state taking cognisance of the transparency and accountability in administration, however , there is no comprehensive approach for the focus required for the timely action within a period of six months for deciding preliminary investigations and enquiries at the level of the vigilance net work, where number of cases are lying pending, if these cases are dealt with the e-office manual for the work and conduct of the review and reexamine of cases, there could be a timely action against the culprits and for which the department of Police has an important role to play :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director, RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
