Friends, It is well known to all the registered members of the RTI welfare Group, HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh pin code -174029 , that our RTI welfare Group/Association working for the awareness generation for RTI on behalf of the Government under the provision of the Act, getting no financial assistance under this component required to supplant these efforts however annual subscription of the registered members collected for the work and conduct of the registered Group is having an account for the funds maintained by undersigned for which all our registered members are taking no financial assistance from the Government of state, where in codal formalities are required to be assessed on the basis of estimate of expenditure approved as reasonable and the grant assessed on the basis of the estimates and they shall not be modified by the institution without prior approval of the sanctioning authority of the grant. Keeping in view the above sponsored schemes on the captioned subject of strengthening capacity building of awareness generation for the effective implementation of the RTI, Act, and improving transparency and accountability in Government through effective implementation of the RTI, Act, in the previous years no such utilization of funds released for the utilization and the certificate of the same have been submitted , along with statement before the Registration Authority of this physical achievement, allowing continuation of work and conduct under the Society registration Act since, 2020 in this behalf of the promotion of the RTI and the RTS Act adjudication, thereof. As such on the perusal of record of this RTI week celebration at Minjar mela Chamba for the period right from 27-7-2025 to 3-8-2025 , matter already discussed with the Finance Secretary of the Group coordination committee Shri Pyar Muhammed Pathan and the Acting President of Chamba zone RTI welfare Identity Shri Yog Raj Mahajan and Shri Sudhir Kumar member state coordination committee, responsible for the receipt and issue of funding collected through the associate members during the period of celebration of RTI week (Minjar mela) where in it is necessary to maintain a separate sub case book of this financial funding and collection, if any required for the expenses, with details of component for which said assistance sought is found necessary and the SIC may also took cognisance of the said funding for the required RTI week celebration, for which account of the sub case book and signatures of the trainee new era entrants may be recorded for the future audit and inspection of the demand under public service/utility maintained for the innovative awareness generation programme at Minjar mela Chamba where the administration has accepted the demand of the group identity and issued a place for this training and learning educational advance understanding of the RTI week celebration through key members of the Group Number HPCD, 3552 , as to how to exercise the rights contemplated under this Act :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI, welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
