MINUTES OF RTI MEETING (ONLINE) RELATED TO MINJAR MELA AWARENESS GENERATION FOR RTI BY THE CHAMBA ZONE OF ACTIVISTS AND VOLUNTEERS, (HELPLINE TIPS FOR RTI WEEK CELEBRATION)

An online RTI meeting has been convened today on 29-7-2025 right from 9am to 10.30 am under the banner of Registered number HPCD, 3552 which was attended by Shri Yog Raj Mahajan, Prem Singh Tangania, Shri Pyar Muhammed, Finance Secretary of the Group, Shri Prasant Mahajan, RTI Activists and a press correspondent and Shri Uttam Chand, BDC, Jadera and RTI volunteer working for the welfare of society and circle and doing needful under the provision made to prepare programmes, to the extent of availability of financial and other resources allowed for the spreading awareness about the RTI Act, 2005 in Minjar mela during a week long celebration for the public and the new era entrants joining the camp for training and workshop in the premises of the Minjar mela where the group members and the guides of the may organise educational programmes to advance the understanding of the public, required for the exercise of this empowerment contemplated under the Act and related to the Aim and objective this Act. The group members are also requested to follow manner and the form in which request to access to an information shall be made to the public information officer and the assistance available from and the duties of the public information officer under this Act and all remedies in law available regarding an act or failure to Act in respect of a right or duty conferred or imposed by this Act including the manner of filing an appeal to FAA and the Commission, as the case may be. It is also necessary to guide the new era entrants with the provisions providing for voluntary disclosure of categories of records in accordance with section 4.The notice regarding fees to be paid in relation to requests for access to information and any additional regulations or circulars made or issued in relation to obtaining access to an information in accordance with this Act. All the members working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required with this awareness drive at Chamba (Minhar mela) RTI Week Celebration are requested to do needful upto the possible extent as per the guidelines, so issued by the appropriate Government at regular intervals and participate in the development of RTI promotion, required for spreading the awareness amongst the public interested for the advancement of this artificial intelligence programme, related to enhance the knowledge and learning skill of the professional techniques and have experience on the super intelligence activities through the RTI and the RTS Act empowerment, in which various groups and societies are taking part for the democratic reforms and the administrative reforms, however one should follow the membership or Association activities of the task force working for the good governance and accountability and to contain corruption and to hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed:-Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director, RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 phone number, 9459334377
