GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONING IS REGULATED BY VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AND ACTS AND RULES FRAMED THERE UNDER

The democracy in the country is working for the welfare of people of country and the Indian Constitution is a commitment to social and the economic justice, the eradication of inequality and the creation of a welfare state. The preamble promises, social justice economic and political semblance for the all citizens that may seek, equality of status and the opportunity and it underlines the fact that even before the 42 nd amendment, the spirit of socialism was always accepted in the Constitution of India. There were significant efforts realised in the Constitution of India required for the freedom of speech and expression and also to reduce the inequalities, prevalent in the society and communities where in the fundamental rights were taken as a measure of the major steps in this direction of the article 14 of the Constitution of India so guaranteed for the equality before the law and rules and the article 15 prohibits discrimination on the grounds of religion, sex, caste or place of birth and the article 16 ensures the equality of the opportunity in matters of public employment and these rights, may be used and exercised under the provision made for the welfare of citizens of the country, however it is duty and responsibility of the every citizen of country to follow application for the same, as a public relation exercise and take advice, guidance and opinion on the captioned subject of demand under public service but that is purely voluntary and should not be confused with any obligation. As such the functioning of the Government is regulated by various provisions of the Constitution of India and Acts and Rules framed thereunder.
