Friends, The aim and objective of the RTI welfare Group registered number HPCD, 3552 mainly related to the promotion of the RTI and the RTS Act adjudication, and protection of action taken in good faith, where it is necessary to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for the citizens to secure access to information under the control of the public authorities. In order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority the Constitution of a Central Information Commission and State information Commission and for matters connected there with or incidental thereof. As such revelation of information in actual practice is likely to conflict with other public interests including efficient operations of the Governments and the various departments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed and for which the Chamba zone is doing well under the aim and objective of rural area development and informations related to the provision for furnishing certain informations to citizens who desire to have it. A number of complaints have been brought on the record of the rural development department and the District administration for taking cognisance of the such lapse and objective for the good governance and accountability where the department of administrative reforms and the administration taking no cognisance of the action against the defaulters, because, incomplete works and false recording of the decision making is becoming a practice of the field construction agencies and delay in deciding the cases is also becoming proof on the records of the vigilance department and the other concerned responsible for the good governance and accountability. Further more, very few people are taking cognisance of the wrong doings and there is no improvement in the work and conduct of the public authorities responsible for taking cognisance of the such lapse in future, however there is no increase in the RTI practice and accountability for the welfare of people who desires to look into the matter and doing needful under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and for which the RTI activists and volunteers of the Chamba zone are celebrating a week long programme for this awareness drive of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director, RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
