ALL THE GOVERNING BODY MEMBERS OF THE RTI WELFARE SOCIETY REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD, 3552 ARE REQUIRED TO HELP THE BELOW POVERTY LINE COMMUNITY PEOPLE, FOUND NECESSARY TO PROMOTE EQUITY AND JUSTICE UNDER TRANSPARENCY AND CHARTER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY
It is a matter of fact and concern for the all RTI activists and volunteers working for the welfare of common man and taking cognisance of the access to information, so required for building a more effective state on the captioned subject at top priority for all people in the society and circle and across the political and ideological decision making for the needful under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and it will deliver us the access to information and the related services related to the poor and vulnerable required for the equity and justice, so demanded for the welfare of society and community service maintained for the good governance and accountability under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, however it is necessary to enhance the public participation of the common man living in the society and circle, particularly the below poverty line, so exempted from payment of fee by the Government under rule 3 Rule 4 however said applicant under the RTI act, 2005 must provide a copy of the certificate issued by the appropriate Government in this regard, as such the RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 has decided to organise educational programmes required to advance the understanding of the public and the communities, in particular of disadvantaged communities, as to how to exercise their rights contemplated under this Act for the transparency and accountability, which are vital to its functioning and in actual practice likely to conflict with the other public interests of the such communities facing problems in their efficient operation so maintained by the Government in particular and optimum use of limited fiscal resources and the preservation of their access to information related to misleading information and other concept of the demand under public service maintained by the Government, and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed and challenges before the Government for required improvement and charter of public service guarantee under the provision made for building more effective state and also to deliver the required basic services and welfare more effectively to the poor and the below poverty line people, required to promote equity and justice, as assured by the economic reforms given by the government for their use and exercise of the fundamental rights assured for this effective governance instead of delay and dereliction of duty at the levels of public authority responsible for the capacity building and massive social welfare of the charter of public accountability, where a common man racing delay and denial of the required focus on the effective governance, even, there is no reason to issue misleading information and the incomplete information to any RTI applicant and volunteer, under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, as such the public authority is responsible to follow existing notifications and the records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any form and information related to any private body, which can be accessed by a public authority under any other law for the time being in force:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI, Welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
