Of course, the intersection between climate change and human rights has been put in the sharp focus, underscoring the imperative to address climate impacts through the lens of human rights, where states are responsible to have benefits of the duty of care required to prevent the harm in comparison to the well being and safe and state governments must have effective measures to mitigate climate change and ensure that all individuals have the necessary capacity to adapt to the climate crises. Importance of the solar energy, as a pivotal solution in the global transition towards cleaner energy sources, India urgently needs to shift solar power platform, failure to do so may bring environmental decline and losses to the human rights and crises:- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director, RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
