STATE GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE CHARTER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY UNDER TANGIBLE RESULTS IN FAVOR OF THE PENSIONERS AND THE EMPLOYEES AND ISSUE NECESSARY UPDATE

The issue of payments related to DA and other emoluments of the monetary benefits of the pensioners and employees, has been realised by the Government of state for due decision but only three percent of the DA has been announced by the State Government of Himachal Pradesh, list by way and virtue of which the pensioners and the employees are not satisfied with the decision taken by the Government and agitating against the delay of payments for which economic potential has not been unlocked by the decision making authority facing financial problems in this behalf of the demand and resources for the incentives, overdue since long. It is already apparent that economic distress and lack of payments are critical issues and shocking to the pensioners for which the government has also decided to have priority for the above seventy citizens of the society and community of pensioners, but it is also becoming a massive problem for the government, as Government is tackling the present situation and problem of the employees and the pensioners. It is therefore necessary for the government to verify the pendency of cases of the pensioners and the employees and give them justice for early release of their pending payments, where necessary law of limitation could not be ignored for the shake of transparency and charter of public accountability, as more and more delay may break this narrative of the employer and employees and the pensioners and would create negative performance against the good will gesture of the public accountability and transparency in administration, as the government is only responsible to raise funding and quantify that concept of the demand and anticipation for the crucial system of concrete solution for the required payments of the pensioners and the employees, struggling for their right cause of the mechanism expressing their agreement for this delay and review for the decision-making at an early date, as such it is necessary to have justice on the priority instead of zero gravity against the demand for routine payments of the employees and pensioners, becoming over due since long, but there is no scheduled programming of this clearance for the pensioners and the employees, demanding output on the tangible results:--Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
