MINUTES OF MEETING (RTI DAY CELEBRATION) HELD AT MATA KHABRI. DEVI JI TEMPLE COMPLEX ON 12-10-2025 FOR DISCUSSION ON THE MERITS AND DEMERITS OF THE 20 YEARS OF (RTI) RESULTS RELATED TO REFORMS

It was occasion today on 12-10-2025, when a RTI meeting was convened by the Group members registered number HPCD, 3552 at Mata Khabri Devi ji temple complex Gandhir, Balhseena Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur Himachal pradesh for celebration of the annual day where in the following members were present on this occasion of the workshop and discussion for the welfare of society and administrative reforms required for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the demand under public service and the Activists and new era entrants celebrated this yearly event right from 11 am to 1.00 pm and the following members issued their view points on the twenty years of held RTI Act performance and activities and stated that the programme of the awareness still required more and more for the welfare of society and communities and requested for the helpline on the captioned subject of awareness generation programmes for which all the senior members and guides of the Society already doing needful for the purpose of organisation of workshops/seminars but it is regretted to point that very few people are taking cognisance of the routine work and duty related to the required procedure and appliance of the RTI act, 2005 . In addition to Shri Yespal Singh Chief guest on the auspicious occasion and governing body member of the society, Shri Amar Nath Dhiman, Shri Surrender Kumar, Shri Surjeet Singh, Shri Satish Kumar, Shri Ram Lal Shri Hans Raj and Shri Prem Lal was also present. At this occasion Shri Yespal Singh the Chief Guest on the celebration was too honoured by the Group identity for his services to the transparency and accountability and decided to continue this celebration of the work done by the members for the future course of action in their respect and gratitude. The members also requested the State Government authorities and the Honourable Chief Minister and the respective Chief Secretary of the State Government to issue appointment orders of the SIC and CIC in the interest of justice to common man and remove this ill will required for this mean under sub -section (3) of section 15 at an early date and bring transparency and accountability in the administration where the said posts related to the designatory institutions and people facing problems because of this delay and dereliction of duty at the levels of appropriate government:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
