This festival inspire all the people of society and circle to have an opportunity for support the needful one's and bring joy for all living in the society and circle where our state Government is facing disaster relief and management for the people where more than required rain damages have ruined their day to day life and lost their family members in addition to house collapse and other damages of the government sector infrastructure related to the essential services of road net work and other facilities of the public welfare programmes and people facing acute problems because of this mis happening recently occurred during the heavy rains and the administration is still busy to maintain essential services of the road net work and other facilities like electrification and water supply management etc etc. The festival celebrated with lighting over the darkness and good over the bad for which our democracy and the Constitution of India is too working for the effection and brotherhood by way of manners and peace for the happiness of all
