SENIOR CITIZENS MAY REQUEST FOR EARLY HEARING OF THEIR CASES UNDER ACCESS TO INFORMATION SOUGHT FOR THE MEDICAL SERVICES

Agarwal ji, Your second Appeal has been related with the RTI application and the decision making by the FAA, where in your information sought from the CPIO concerns the life or liberty of a person and the said information shall be provided with in urgent schedule of the law code manual prefixed by the Act ibid, in this behalf, however if the CPIO is of the view that the information sought for can not be supplied under the provisions of the Act he would reject the application, however while rejecting the application he shall inform the applicant the reasons for such rejection and the particulars of the appellate authority, he would also inform the applicant the period within which appeal may be preferred. The information on number of points have been denied by the CPIO and CPIO failed to send decision on the request on the captioned subject of his information related to medical bills and the pending dues denied without solid grounds of the case file and the request before the FAA as such information sought has been denied by the CPIO is a fact placed before the CIC and second appeal accordingly preferred by the applicant with in time for which early hearing is a fundamental right of the applicant and prayer has been requested by the applicant through his daughter for necessary compliance on behalf of the applicant being an old man of over seventy five years of the age group.
