STATE GOVERNMENT TAKING NO COGNISANCE REQUIRED FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF SIC AND CIC AND PEOPLE FACING PROBLEM DUE TO VACANT SLOTS OF THE DESIGNATED REQUIREMENT .

It was an occasion today on 30-10-2025 afternoon when telephonic discussion tried at State Information Commission but both the numbers could not be contacted, list by way and virtue of which the personal number of the Reader SIC was contacted where in said officer replied that he has been retired from the office since long and yet there is no functional post of the SIC required for the hearing and communication for the correspondence made with SIC. The issue and matter was again brought to the notice of the branch officer of the department of Administrative reforms Government of Himachal Pradesh Shimla and it was realised to the office and authority to accomplish the procedural compliance required for the appointments of the SIC and CIC, keeping in view the negligence by FAA and Public Information officers taking no cognisance of the RTI informations and Appeals for the decision-making . The branch officer of the department of administrative reforms intimated that he has already taken issue and matter with the Secretary of the department to inform the appropriate government but issue and matter still under consideration, even this much cross and pass of the retirement of the former designated officers for the hearing of the applicants. Keeping in view the above position of the delay and dereliction of duty at government levels, it is necessary for the all active members to write the complaint against the appropriate government for early decision and conclusion in the interest of justice to common man for needful under law code manual for which the honorable Supreme Court of India has also issued guidelines to the all state governments and the Government of India regarding to fill up the vacant posts but state of Himachal Pradesh has yet taken no cognisance on the captioned subject and the SIC is going dis- functional since the retirement of the both Commissioners and people facing problems:-Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552,Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
