GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND THE STATE GOVERNMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW EQUITY AND EQUATION OF THE RESERVATION ROSTER INSTEAD OF COUNTING FOR THE CASTE BASED APPOINTMENTS ONLY

All the political parties are depending upon the caste analysis and reservation oriented politics for the winning schedule of their believe in the work and conduct of their development for the welfare of people of country instead of transparency and accountability in the capacity building of their recognition in the society and circle, where it is opportunistic lever arm for the spreadsheet of loyalists and also deferring promises engineered to keep every community in calibrated discontent and reclaiming the caste census as a developmental approach ethical enterprise and disarming the logic required for equity and equation for the all in accountability facing discrimination and criticism of the power complex related to the invisibility of the honest maping of the social justice and aim and objective of the true democracy of our country , where the reservation was given for ten years of the cross and pass of an opportunity to have equity and equation for the need to claim and reclaim such benefits of the society and circle, required for the good governance and charter of public accountability and related to the work and conduct of the individuals for knowing legal validation of the system generated by the government for the welfare of people of country and as a measure of the equity and equation for the administrative reforms, where no one could be denied his eligibility for the equity and equation for benefits of the appointments and promotions etc etc however the departments and the Government taking no cognisance of the parameters of the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and again and again reclaiming their eligibility for such benefits on the basis of caste and reservation instead of the routine duty for equity and equation meant for the logical identity of qualification first instead of the consideration caste first. Under these conditions and circumstances the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf has also been ignored where fifty percent reservation could not be enhanced more and more and required for the general categories including the others in mode of selection for the equation and equity to all in the fray for struggle and recognition under the provision made for their enumeration and promotion.
