DESIGN OF PRESENTATION AND THE PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS OF CHANNEL OF SUPERVISION AND ACCOUNTABILITY UNDER SECTION 4(1) (b) (III) IS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE AUTHORITY'S MANDATE UNDER THE AOB READ WITH THE TOB

All the Government departments have specific duties related to their work field culture and responsibilities under the respective allocations of business rules issued by the appropriate Government. The constitutional provisions and statutes each department is required to implement as per the business of their field specified under law code manual prefixed by the code for consideration in this behalf of the manner of disposal of matters assigned to each department/Ministry and described in the transaction of the business rules. In addition to it, every department would have to work on the captioned subject of set of schemes and development programmes which they must do through their subordinate offices or the other designated agencies, based on the basis of their registration and the notification, as the case may be, and these documents contain the specific operations that every public authority is required to undertake in the due course of implementation, so based on their schemes and programmes made for the schedule of budget allocations and funding for the development of routine decision making in the work operation mandated under the allocations of business and would be linked with the specific chain of the progress report flow chart maintain for the good governance and accountability. All the Government officers have to follow laid down office procedure manual and the law code specifications, which gives details of the representations, petitions and applications from the citizens of the area and circle and must be dealt with accordingly.
