HOW TO MAINTAIN PROBABILITY FACTOR OF THE RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION STABLE IS BECOMING A QUESTION OF THE VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

It is a matter of fact and concern to be notice the degree of probability factor of the transparency and accountability and the charter of public accountability required for the good governance and control of the public authorities under purview of the work and conduct including the efficient operation of the Governments, optimum use of limited fiscal resources and the preservation of confidentiality of sensitive information. Accordingly it is necessary to have benefit of the RTI and the RTS act in the day to day life and liberty of the use for vision good governance and charter of public accountability which is definitely required to be maintained by the public of the society and area failing which it is not possible to bring transparency and charter of public accountability prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf. The use and exercise of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication has been allowed free for the below poverty line categories and he must submit a proof in support of his claim to belong to the below poverty line. The transparency and accountability may help the common man and below poverty line communities more than other categories of the society and circle but it seems that people are not aware about the things related to their use and exercise and required for the benefits of society and circle where more and more awareness is required to be generated by the government and also by the public authorities as well as other agencies of the society and circle, so that people may get benefits of the implementation of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication and have justice from the government corridor right from panchayat level to the level of parliamentary democracy from where said empowerment has been issued to the people of country for their compliance under section 6(3) of the RTI act adjudication however very few people are taking benefits of the said fundamental rights of the citizenry and transparency of access to information which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
