People of Bihar are taking benefits of the empowerment of their fundamental rights related to their transformation of representation to Vidhan Sabha and protect their transparency and accountability and required justice for the social justice and good governance and charter of public accountability, however the political parties are wooing their voters by way of freebies and distribution of finding for the developments of Bihar , however feeling no need to have good governance and accountability, list by way and virtue of which it is very difficult to bring true democracy and administrative reforms in the governance for equity and equation under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf of the counting for accountability and responsibility for the need to claim and reclaim for the power platform, where in it is becoming very difficult for the all political parties to satisfy their voters and have good governance and accountability in the system of administration and justice for the common man demanding their genuine rights based on their qualifications and social Security and justice for equity and development on the captioned subject approved by the codes for consideration under guidelines of the parameters for its required systematic visibility for the all in line of the requirement for such distinction, where every society and community is demanding his benefit for the purpose of his democratic right under the provision of recognition for the extraordinary citizen.
