ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES ARE WORKING AS A PRIVATE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE, HENCE THE CITIZENS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW EMPOWERMENT OF THE RTI AND THE RTS AND USE THEIR STRONG SENSE OF OWNERSHIP, FOR SETTING OUT THE PRACTICAL REGIME RELATED TO THEIR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

How India became a democratic country because of casting their vote to their representative and transfer power platform to the said post and ownership of the democratic reforms for the people of society and communities, virtually taking benefits of the said post and representation , where people have no right to call back their representative under wrong proposition and ill fated decision against the voters demanding their protection under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India turned its decision-making into the struggle list by way and virtue of which voters are compelled to follow law code manual and approach the legal course of action and RTI and the RTS for their protection and the ownership of fundamental rights. It is very clear that voters are themselves responsible to elect their representative honest and hard working and believe on him/her for the welfare of focus on the effective good governance and accountability . At present more than forty percent of the elected representatives are facing court cases and the corruption cases , under these conditions and circumstances of the empowerment to such candidates, it would be difficult to protect the constitutional provisions of the democratic reforms for the majority people depending upon their representative for the good governance and accountability and also not aware about their presentation of the demand and the operation for their decision making in favor of their interests including efficient operations of the Governments accountable to the governed, as facing wrong assessment, delay and dereliction of duty as well as misleading informations at every level of the public authorities, where the RTI is only a way out of the citizens to have access to information and protect their strong sense of ownership empowered by the Constitution of India in this behalf since, 2005 to date merits and demerits of the system generated by the good governance and accountability under law code manual and introduced for the welfare of society and circle under the provision made for setting out the practical regime of right to information, instead of totally depending upon the representation of the elected manpower used in the capacity building of a private member of the house of elected representatives:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
