GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND THE STATE GOVERNMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO PROTECT THE SAFETY MEASURES OF WHISTLE BLOWERS AND ISSUE NECESSARY GUIDELINES TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT

All the RTI activists and volunteers are requested to work for the welfare of society and circle and follow compilation of their duty bound files and documents required for the aim and objectives of related vigilance awareness against the corrupt practices and systematic decision making at government levels where they are working as a whistle blower of the society and circle and fighting against the wrong doing and ill fated decisions of the public authorities, however the public authorities are reluctant to have correct and complete information in favor of the complainants and the whistle blowers are being harassed by the misleading informations and incomplete records of the departments ignoring the factual position of the cases pending before the appropriate Government and the public authorities responsible for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the demand under public utility and services for the welfare of people of state and society taking cognisance of the corruption and delay in decision making at every level of the Government corridor list by way and virtue of which the corruption is increasing day by day and there is no improvement in the system of administrative reforms even the department of administrative reforms too compiling the files on the captioned subject and referring the same to the department concerned but the departments are taking no action under the provision made for compliance so required for the action against the defaulters and noticed by the department of administrative reforms organisation in this behalf through whistle blower Act of the removal of corruption pending before the Government of India for security measures against the risk and cost of such remedial, if any. On the other hand all remedies in law available regarding an Act or failure to Act in respect of a right or duty conferred or imposed by this Act including the manner of filing an appeal to the Commission, is not protecting the rights of the whistle blowers and they are feeling helpless to face the consequences under such conditions of the assistance required from the Government corridor.
