VACANT POSTS OF SCIC AND SIC REQUIRED TO BE MADE FUNCTIONAL FOR TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE ADMINISTRATION, STILL VACANT FOR WHICH BOTH RULING PARTY AND OPPOSITION MUST FOLLOW SELECTION PROCESS OF THE PROCEDURE LAID, AND DO NEEDFUL

Strong opposition is required for good governance and charter of public accountability, in addition to access to information for the citizens of the country where in the RTI Act provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for people to secure access to information under the control of the public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitutional of Central information Commission and the State Information Commissions and for matters connected there with or incidental there to, and where as democracy requires an informed citizenry and transparency of information which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed As such in actual the revelation of information is conflict with the other public interests including efficient operation of the work and conduct of the government machinery, optimum use of limited resources and the preservation of confidentiality of sensitive information.
