RTI welfare Group registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh celebrating, its annual day on 12-10-2025 right from 10am to 1.00 pm. In the premises of Mata Khabri Devi ji temple complex and meeting hall for the discussion on the captioned subject of activities continued for the promotion of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication, giving opportunity to take stock of our efforts in making the functioning of the Government more transparent by way of making discussion and arguments to expose the past performance of the access to information and created involvement of the members for the welfare of the people of the area and communities feeling tortured by way of delays and dereliction of duty at the levels of the public authorities doing needful under the provision of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication however taking no timeline for the good governance and accountability and on the other hand there is no disclosure of the annual reports required to be submitted by the State information Commission before the appropriate Government for disciplinary action against the defaulters and improvement in the work and conduct of the government machinery. It is very important to appoint the state information Commissioner in the office of said function under code for consideration constituted for this use of the duty under sub section (1) and (2) of Section 15 but state Government taking no cognisance of said appointments and both the posts of SIC and CIC lying vacant after the retirement of the said designatory institutions. As such all the activists and volunteers of this Association are requested to attend this function of the RTI celebration at their own place or try to visit destination of Mata Khabri Devi ji temple complex in the Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh where Shri Yespal Singh Executive member of the Governing body will be a Chief Guest of the celebration day and Shri Rajat Kumar and Shri Amar Nath Dhiman may be associate members of the occasion of this familiarization workshop for the awareness drive movement and stock of the performance for the good governance and accountability.
