PEOPLE CELEBRATING GANDHI'S JAYANTI AND THE DASAHRA (2, OCTOBER, 2025) AND CELEBRATING THE EVENTS

India is celebrating the specific day of 2 October, as it marks the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi as celebrated Gandhi jayanti in the country and also the United Nations International day of Non -Violence and the specific day honors Gandhi's pivotal important role in India's Independence movement through non -violent resistance and also promotes the global culture of peace and tolerance. A National holiday in India is celebrated on the specific day of 2 October and the day commemorates the birth of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the Nation. It is also celebrated as international day of non - violence proclaimed by the United Nations, this day serves as a global call to action for a culture of peace, tolerance and the non -violence, inspired by Gandhi's philosophy of the Satyagraha.
