HOW SIC MAY BAN ANY PERSON TO FILE AN OBSERVATION/RTI APPLICATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC AUTHORITY UNDER THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE UNDER GUARANTEE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC , EMPOWERED TO BRING TRANSPANCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE INTEREST OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS.

Yesterday on 26-8-2022 an online meeting was convened by the National compaign committee working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be assessed on the promotion of RTI and RTS act adjudication by the various groups and organisations which was attended by the National compaign committee working chairperson Shri Shailesh Gandhi, Vice Anjali Bhardwaj and the State information commissioner Shri Rahul Singh from the State of Madhya Pradesh along with other retired SICs and the CICs demanding exact follow up action plan of the RTI and RTS act adjudication .It is a matter of fact and concern that the SIC working on the RTI reformation from state of Gujarat has banned more than ten RTI activists for their entire service to file the RTI act Applications which is highly objectionable matter of suspect to be enquired by who and when ,As such the RTI act publications has been empowered to the citizens of country for required transpancy and accountability in the administration however it is the duty and responsibility of the Public authorities to bring transparency and charter of public accountability in the administration however there is no reason to deny any information to any applicant , volunteer, Activist , resource person working for their own reformations or for the welfare of society and circle.The said order of the Gujarat SIC has been criticised by the every key member while on the discussion and it was decided to publically criticise the wrong interpretation of law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in favor of the Public and Common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.Further it is noticed by the online schedule of event held on 26-8-2022 that all RTI activists and Volunteers as well as the Resource persons working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the each  person as per capability and the skill knowledge of the precedence for information taken from the system of governance must have genuine approach and procedure for documentation processed under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf however in case of any shortcomings and procedural deficiency in the matter related to the Subject matter deliberation required to be enquired from the system of governance ,key members of their Group and Societies may be discussed in the points if so required for the highlights of the description made by the applicant responsible for the asked replies/ sought informations, from the system of governance and accountability .
