GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE SPEEDY JUSTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF COUNTRY AND MUST DO THE NEEDFUL AS PER CHARTER OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY SO PREFIXED BY THE CODE FOR PRACTICE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION

The government has provided various common services under e-Governance to the Citizens of country under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India under RTS act adjudication since 2011 however instead of notification on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the Public authorities said facilities are not provided in the routine practice of the work and conduct required to be delivered through online digital programming which includes services like passport ,pan card Aadhar card ,voter card, Railway tickets ,,General insurance , online forms,Birth certificates,Death certificates ,life certificate of the pensionary benefits,, Electricity Bill,Water bills , Applications, representation , Complaints, and E mails , IT returns , Admissions in the education system of governance and charter of public accountability.In this behalf further it is mentioned that Online digital RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication services are not maintained by the various departments even clear vision and provison made by the government of Himachal Pradesh since long list by way and virtue of which people are facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty at the level of PIOs ,FAA and SIC or CIC .As such the government must take cognizance of the RTI and RTS act adjudication and issue necessary directions to the all concerned for speedy justice of the Schemes and programmes time to time issued by the government in this behalf.
