CHALLENGES TO HAVE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION:-- The government has empowered all Citizens of country under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India to follow RTI and RTS act adjudication and demand for the information contained in the public domain in the interest of justice and transparency but how does the will of the people translate into the action ,in a change of scenerio and the work culture developed by the system of governance and how should the few one may organise the people of Society and circle to work with in the law code manual and demand free and fair justice from the system of governance however our Parliamentary Democracy is responsible to bring transparency and accountability in the administration and do the needful under law code manual but the people elected to lead the country and states taking no cognizance in the management of complex balance between intergenerational equity, macroeconomic stability and the stable economic growth required for the development of a country like India where people are demanding employment in the Mahatma Gandhi National rural employment guarantee scheme and right to education ,right to food and other necessitated necessities of life and liberty .The Parliamentary Democracy and the key policy makers of the democratic set up working in the country for the welfare of society and circle must have appropriate vision and discussion as well as suggestions followed by the fiscal coordination between the center and the states resposible for the risk perception and management asymmetry in the functioning of the government corridor planning on the fulcrum of the good governance and emphasized on the several other points required for the future semblance of the coordination between the centres and the states facing problems due to various challenges of political stability and strengthening of the economical reforms by way of the parallel investments.
