WORKSHOP AND TRAINING FOR SERVICE UNDER RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION HELD ON 9-8-2022 AND ARRANGED BY THE RTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 , BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH

A RTI meeting,workshop and training event was scheduled today on 9-8-2022 in Balhsina bazar Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh under the banner of RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 for creating awareness amongst the Citizens of local areas of the society and circle which was attended by the President Gram Panchayat Balhsina, Shri Mohinder Singh Kuthera ,Charan Singh Tarelu,, Subedar Dharam Singh Gandhir,Subhash Chand Kuthera ,Desh Raj member GP Balhsina,Ramesh Chand Gujrehra ,Surender Kumar Kolka Gandhir ,Lekhu Ram former VP Gram Panchayat Gandhir,Amar Nath Member RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 and Shri Ram Lal Gandhir .The both govt notification issued by the department of Administrative reforms Organisation processed under law code manual prefixed by the commencement of these rules and acts called the HP RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication Rules ,2005 and 2011 came into force from the date of their final publications the words and expression used in these rules respectively assigned to the government and the Public work in this behalf of the Act and guidelines for which the PIO and the designated Officer declared responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance and do the needful with in the law of limitation ,provided that where the Application is complete in all respects,the person receiving the Application shall be responsible to follow law of limitation with in which the Application for providing services shall be disposed of by the government/department concerned .The procedure laid down by the RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication was introduced in the held meeting for the awareness drive of the local people of Society and circle and made public before the all new era entrants joining the group activities and meeting on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified under law code manual prefixed by the government to protect the orders made public and recorded in the writting and duty assigned to the Designated Officer,the FAA or the second appellate authority,as the case may be. The Act of RTI and RTS definitely protecting the fundamental rights of the citizens of state and country however people are not aware about the procedure and methods for which the government is responsible to issue more and more awareness drive publications in the interest of good governance and accountability so that people may take benefit of the Public service guarantee act and rules issued by Act No 34 of 2011 by the department of Administrative reforms and Organisation working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be assessed by the government on this behalf where found necessary in exercise of the powers respectively assigned to the public authorities and noticed by the study made by the Act and guidelines of the notifications time to time issued by the government and the Department of Administrative reforms Organisation.
